Great harbour location providing safe sailing. Works best in a Westerly / Southerly wind. The harbour is only shoulder deep at most so is great for beach starts and learning to water start.
Plenty of parking, but get there early on summer weekends - it's popular with tourists too.
Loads of grass for rigging.
Close to Avon Beach if you'd rather sail on the sea.
