Conditions
Flat water, getting choppy with maybe some swell as you get further out into Sydney Harbour. Only really good in an NE seabreeze as it's well protected from westerly or southerly winds.

Hazards
It can be tricky getting out here through the moorings from the Balmoral Sailing Club end of the beach, though that's where the good parking and rigging areas are. Ferrys have right of way on the harbour, so don't get in their way.
