Good wave sailing in Toronto for E winds. Rig either along Kewbeach ave, or Hubbard Blvd.
Hazards Both launches have serious hazards in big waves. 1) Launching is tight at Hubbard Blvd (Hammersmith), stay clear of the break walls and watch for currents. I don't launch here but some advanced riders prefer the waves over the bay. Also less kiters. 2) When launching in the bay always stay far upwind, the rocks on the west point are treacherous. When returning to the beach, if you can't get enough room between you and the rocks, tack and sail upwind on the lake.
