This site looks like a lot of fun. Long sandy beach with great bay views. Westerly winds blow straight into the shore and are often in the 20-25kt range. A road runs the full length of the beach with decent parking. Also, there's a boardsports shop that has gear rentals, lessons and replacement/repair parts available. The site tends to be primarily used by kiters, but there were a few windsurfers out when I was there. Good beginner kiting spot and a great place to chill on a sunny day.
